I would be careful. It is always best to try to find a diamond that is not in the setting when you buy it. I would sooner hit a vendor in the diamond district and have them find what you need and THEN have it set.
I agree with the Diamond District. Heart shape is unique and not alot of jewlery stores will have one on display. I remember when I was looking, I originally wanted a cushion cut, and many stores did not have one to look at.
