repost- chocolate molds

How long in advance is it okay to make those chocolate lollipops from the molds? Is three weeks too long?

I've actually been reading up on how long homemade chocolates keep (thinking of doing truffles) and they say 2 weeks in room temperature, one month stored in the fridge and 2 months in the freezer. Hope this helps!

You have FM. I would never make them more than 2 weeks in advance, I alwyas make them within a week. Storing them in the fridge is one option, but they can also turn white and get some condensation on them, water destroys chocolate! The only thing si that if you are putting them in the fridge or freezer, temperature change is key. you don't want to go from the freezer to a warm room, because that will cause condensation, you have to try to keep them at a stable temperature...Good Luck

I'm sure there are molds in the shape of a house....my mother used to have penis shaped lollypops, so I'm guessing any shape is available
