Repost - Experience at RK BRIDAL?

Hi ladies,

I'm ready to order my gown but I'm torn between ordering from a bridal boutique near me or RK Bridal. The gown is less at RK Bridal but I'm not sure if I'd get the same level of service there since it's such a huge place with so many customers.

Please share your experiences or what you have heard regarding RK Bridal. Thanks! Any feedback on their alternation policy would be great too! TIA!

I would just try to suggest not going there on Saturday...it gets very hectic.

If you can go during the week, that would be best.

I was there this past Sunday - waited for over an hour...I shouldn't signed up first..then looked for gowns...I bet Saturdays are even crazier...I feel for those who work there...the gowns are soooo heavy..there are a couple of ladies there who looked quite dainty...they need rolling carriers!
