I think it's naturaly for people to be concerned about sitting with someone that they know...espcially if there is only 1 person they know coming to the wedding. Your friend should NOT be harrassing you. I think you handled it well - hopefully that will be the last conversation you'll have to have your friend like that. I wouldn't be so upset.

I would try to seat them together just so the girl stops bothering me... If you can't then tell her no. Tell her she can sit w/ your co-worker when she gets married.

ITs understandable because its the only person she'll know, but she doesnt have to keep pestering you.

she shouldnt keep bothering you about it, but maybe she is just very anxious about attending a big event and sitting with strangers. that is difficult for some people. unless you forsee a problem with seating them together, if she asks again, i would just tell her while you haven't made a seating chart yet, you will sit them together, then maybe she'll stop worrying about it. ~lacey
