I had bought a long (bubble type) winter coat DKNY from Macys last month. Its great and has kept me warm. Well I did laundry tonight and washed it and followed the directions yet now its like destroyed its no longer puffy like and smells funny and the fur trim around the hood looks so raggedy and worn.

I'm so upset, because I loved this coat. Whats the policy at Macys is it exchangeable/returnable if its been ruined/defective? I've never had this happen so I'm clueless.

I would call them and ask. Macy's is pretty good (usually) about returns, I would definitely want my money back. and I'm sure that DKNY coat was NOT cheap!

Thanks, yeah it wasn't cheap it was almost 200 and I don't want to lose that money.
