Do I tip at my make-up trial? Just curious

also

My future cousin in law (who does my coloring) is doing my hair for the wedding. She refuses to let me pay her for the trial or wedding day hair (I am trying to fight her on this). In case she won't budge, I want to get her an American Express gift card in the amount she would have been paid .. its the least I can do. What does a typical hair trial/tip and wedding day hair/tip cost?

hair for the wedding I have found anywhere from 80.00 to 250.00 ....

Fh's aunt has been doing my coloring for the past year and she will be doing my hair for the wedding. she already did my trial. i was thinking of getting her a bottle of wine and a GC to a restuarant.
