Would it be weird my bouquet and the BM's bouquets were just calla lilies and for the centerpieces and other decor we used pink oriental or whatever the regular kind of lilies are? Thanks!

I personally don't think so. You can do whatever you want.
My girls will have all roses in their boquets and my boquet will be made up of mini calla lilies and roses and my centerpieces will be all calla lilies with willow tree and tall grass.
I think you can do whatever you want.

I don't think it would be weird. Your flowers and the girls' flowers are usually used to decorate your dais so they would match - then all the centerpieces would match each other.

I agree. It's hard to say for sure, cause I would have to see pix. Even tho my wedding was a b&W wedding, my bouquet was ivory roses, calla lillys, pink roses, and my girls had pink and purple roses, and purple calla lillys the guys all wore white calla lillys, but dh with a calla lilly and stefanotis but then with the CP we did white calla lillys with pink rose pedals all over the table and it looked AWESOME!!!

My girls will carry mango calla lillies and there will be some in my bouquet, but we're not using them for centerpieces. We're doing orchids for CPs. I don't think boquets and centerpieces have to match, unless you're going with a specific theme. The color scheme usually ties it all together.

Great thanks! I think thats what I'm going to do then... just because I really like callas and really like the other lilies. I'd ask my florist for ideas/opinions but first of all we don't have one yet, and second of all the florists here don't seem to do wedding stuff aswell as forists in the US... everything I have seen so far looks like its from the 70s or something... just really boring nd stiff looking and ugly...no bright colors or anything happy and fun like that. So its pretty much up to me to figure out what I want without any imput fromt he florists.
