So I am afraid that FH and I will be about 17 people short from meeting our min. Our headcount is due 11/21

Just wondering how many others out there were short and was your RH willing to work with you on that?

People say you can ask for extras but what would be reasonable?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I know some people include their vendors to meet the minimum

you can ask for a chocolate fountain or a ice sculture or chair covers, even sometimes a extra thing for the cocktail hr
