repost from 08 boards..everyone is ignoring it there..i need some prayers

My dad is having surgery on Thursday..he is having back surgery (he has been loosing feeling in his legs and having a lot of pain from a siatic nerve damage (sp)) From what i heard its not that risky..but i'm really nervous because he's still my dad...ladies please say some prayers...thanks

Aww Kristen. I haven't been on much and I didnt see your thread on 08 board. I'm sure everything will go fine for your dad. But I would be nervous too. Good Luck to him! He'll be in my prayers

Lots of luck with your Dad's surgery.
I know it's hard, but keep your spirits up for him - I'm sure he needs you right now.

definately have your family in my prayers - i am sure that everything will be fine - power of positive thinking and remember you wouldnt use his surgeon unless your were 100% comfortable with his/her work - stay strong and he will feel confident
