My jeweler won't do it in front of you, but they're AWESOME. It's Leder's Jewelers in Rockville Centre. I had my ring back in about 2 days and it's perfect. It's also the same place FH bought my e-ring, and they've been wonderful since day 1.
Ecolin in Port Jefferson is great, they did my e-ring in about 40 minutes, and they preferred me to stay so they could get the sizing right. They are very honest and well known.
Gennaro's in Bellmore. They won't even consider letting you permit the ring to be out of your sight.
