Repost from 09':Timeline question regarding hair

I'm a bit confused if only you and one bridesmaid are getting your hair done with a stylist in your home and your ceremony is at 10:30am. You are getting extensions and the bridesmaid probably won't get any.

What time would you start getting your hair done?

Is 7am okay?

what kind of extensions, just the clip on's? if so then an hour an hour and a half the clip ons don't take long. BUT if its bonded or sewn in then i wouldnt get it the day of, i would get the extensions the day before or a few days before, the extensions alone can take hours.

Normally though hair takes an hour and make up takes another hour per person so 2 hours per person. If you have one person for hair and another person for make up then while one gets hair the other can get make up and would only be about 2-2.5 hours for the two of you

Mine are clip-ons. I'm having one person for hair / one person for make up. However, I was thinking of asking them to come at 8:30am instead

When I booked my hair and makeup ppl they told me what time they'd be there...I had 2 MOHs, 1 BM and FMIL getting hair and makeup and they came at 5 AM (one hairstylist and one makeup artist), we were ready by 8:30 AM. Your stylist should have a good idea of how long everything takes, I would just ask them what time is good

Thanks The extensions will be clip ons, so pretty much in 2-2.5 hours we will be done.
