Repost from 2010 brds: Puerto Rican wedding traditions?

Deanna just reminded me that I need help with this. FH is not into his culture or traditions but I still want to do something to honor it either way at least for his family and since we'll have a few Jewish traditions. Any ideas?? We will definately play some Spanish music but is there any actual 'tradition' associated with Puerto Rican weddings?
