Thanks Nina!! I'm going to look into all suggestions and narrow it down before I give my final few ideas to FH. He seems to want to do it in the one of the St's (St. Maarten, Thomas, John, etc..) but I want some ideas and suggestions before we decide. Right now i'm all over the place and I think it's driving him a little batty.

I knwo I posted on the other board about that Bahamas...but I have been to Puerto Rico a few times...so ask away if you want to. I love it there!

Punta Cana in the Domenican Republic has beautiful all inclusive resorts for resonable prices. I stayed at the Paridisus and it was fantastic. Good luck.

In addition to a resort in Hawaii or Tahiti, what about Turks and Cacos ( I'm spelling it wrong I know) ?

we chose the mayan riviera because it's affordable for whomever attends. there is as much or as little as you can want & the resort is all-inclusive, so no more spending if no one wants too. And then we are going on our HM in Tahitii for even more paradise.

That sounds fabulous. Actually, it would just be the 2 of us, so we don't need to worry about anyone else. I would be having a reception back home afterwards. Tahitti is my dream spot, but I'm not sure we can swing it. It's so expensive and if I go, I would HAVE to stay on an OTB!!

Turks and Caico's is definitely in my top 5. I'm trying to see who has been there. Have you been there?
