Hi! My FMIL is looking for a good home for her 1 year old Bichon Frise. She is absolutely adorable and has all of her papers and even the ID chip implanted in her. My FMIL paid a fortune for her, but is moving and my FSIL is going away to college (My FFIL passed away last year so they have been going through a lot of changes). The puppy just won't get the TLC she deserves!!
