Once I went to a wedding where the bride had a birdcage for people to slip cards into.
We are having our e-party this weekend and although we dont want to expect gifts I thought it would a secure way to put our cards shold we receive any.
Does anyone know where you can rent something like this?

dont know if you can rent one...but you can buy a wooden one at walmart Im sure

you can rent one at that wedding place in patchogue - its called something like fantasy gifts or fantasia wedding something like that

you can buy them at Michael's or ACMoore. They are not expensive and you can use it again for your wedding day.

Look at some of the craft stores...I know she mentioned Michaels and you looked there, but I just came from Michaels and my local Hobby Lobby...and they both had them for like 15 bucks and up...depending on the size.
I know you are not expecting gifts, but people are very generous....Plus, there are people who definitely give money for engagements, and maybe those who know they can't leap across the pond to your wedding will give you a little something as well
