Wow..you're right, def. a change of story...its usually us girls who feel that way. Well, I dont know how the pics look so I cant give you an honest opinion...tho Im sure hes overreacting. I think the day after shoot its a great idea. Do it for your 1yr anniversay so it gives him some time to lose the weight....gl

Aw, poor guy! I know how he feels. I know this might sound crazy but maybe he needs to look at them a little more. Sometimes on first glance I HATE my pictures, but then when I look at them a little more I find they're not that bad. Also, remind him that we tend to focus on our flaws more than anyone else would and we exaggerate them. What people are going to say when they receive the thank you is wow, what a happy, gorgeous couple! Not so-and-so has a double chin!
I know it's tough...In every pic my FH obsesses over his hairline---and he's not losing any hair! (believe me I'm worried about his reaction to our wedding pics)
If he really won't come around about the pics, day after pics a year from now is a nice idea...especially if it'll motivate him. It'll be a nice reward.
HTH somewhat

Wow this is the first time I've heard of a guy having weight issues. I'm the one wearing white,, so I'm freaking out about how I'll look in the pictures. I would definitely do the day after photos for your anniversary.

He knows you don't have an issue with it, but when you see a picture of yourself and you're just not happy with it you can't help but get down on yourself. I wish him luck!
