My church is at 3pm. I have 8 girls getting ready. The hair dresser wants to come at 8am and do my hair first. I thought that was a little to early. I am also having makeup done, and have no clue when to tell the makeup person to come. Any suggestions?

I agree. My photo person is coming at 9am for my 10:30am ceremony. We're scheduled to get all our hair done starting at 6:15am. You want enough time to breathe, get dressed, drive to whatever destination, eat something, etc.
