Repost from BHB-Paradise Bridal in Patchogue Brides!
Hi Girls, For anyone who ordered their wedding gown from Paradies Bridal in Patchogue, well I ordered my gown from there and it is in, well they stated that they do not pull the gown from storage until your first fitting so I can't see my dress to make sure its even the right one. Did this happen to anyone and if so how did you deal with it?

My friend got her dress from there and IT WAS THE WRONG DRESS. They ordered the wrong one, and it was 2 weeks before her wedding. What a mess - but they were able to find her the same dress in ivory, so the disaster was somewhat averted.

Oh my gosh your poor friend ok has anyone had a good experieince with them, I am so upset, this stinks I am going to have my mom call the manager tommorrow and make a HUGE stink so I can see my dress, what a ridiculous policy they have!! If I knew this ahead of time I would not have gotten my dress there!!! But I feel in love with the dress

I ordered my dress from them, but did not have alterations done there, so I just picked it up after it came in. They probably tell you that because they don't want all these brides in there, but whatever, it is yours, you paid for it. I bet if you told them you would come in to pay the remaining balance they would let you come in and see it. Just be forceful with them. BTW, my dress was perfect- the right dress, the right size, clean, all put together- no problems there.
