Repost from BHB: Program ideas/question/advice???

I wasn't planning on doing programs, but we are having a Jewish ceremony and FH's family is not Jewish. I was thinking that it might be nice to have something to explain the different traditions for the non-Jewish guests.

For example, chuppah, kettubah, the breaking of the glass etc...

So ..
Should I just have a pretty piece of paper with the items and an explanation or should I do a whole formal program.
How hard are programs to DIY?
