Re: Repost from BHB- Wedding invite/address spreadsheet

I need to use some sort of organized invite list w/ addresses and I was wondering what other people have used. I have my invite list w/o address listed in a nice spreadsheet with excel. Does this make sense? TGIF

ok, so in the columns, just made a column for address, city then state and zip...

in my spreadsheet, I can eventually add a yes and a no column, etc...

does this help at all?

yes, each column, A B C and so on, is a different name. Just as you made one column the peoples names, go to the next column and put their address and so on...

The letters on top are the columns, the numbers on the side are the rows.

Do you have excel??

IF you do-figure out how many columns and rows you need, highlight them and go to file, fo to print area, then set print area. Name each colum (ie name, address, etc.)

If the names dont fit go to letter that names each column and double click-this will make the column the size to fit the name or info you have added. To get the gridlines to show go to the grid box on the toolbar and click the box that has lines all ways.

I am sure that there is an easier way but this is how I did mine.
