games:

guess the baby food (either smear it in a diaper and have people smell it or just take the label off the jar)

baby bingo

timer w/ presents (whenever the buzzer goes off the person whos gift is being opened gets a prize)

laundry line: clip a whole bunch of baby clothes to a laundry line as a gift or string it along behind her chair.

gift/wishing well idea:

have everyone bring their favorite baby book to build the baby's library

decorations:
piggy banks (which i am dying to use for something!) are a cute centerpiece

Teddy bears with balloons

Cookie jars with cookies/balloons


what season are you planning on having the shower? maybe you could do something with xmas ornaments, or easter baskets, etc... depending on the closest holiday

we are doing June so really not near any holiday ...but those are some great ideas

I have done the clothesline before ..and it was a hit

rubber ducks! I am a big fan of rubber ducks! they have little soap ones you could leave on people's plates or scatter on the table, you could get a big one as a centerpiece... an inflatable tube duck thing that kids use for the beach (i don't remember what you call them) with a potted plant in the middle.

a duck cake! And the color is neutral.

ducks and frogs. Those are safe neurtal items/colors/animals.
