I always feel like I get more of a response from people on the '08 boards then the BHB board. Then I realized I posted it on the wrong board! lol Anyways, I just read a post about a rehearsasl dinner question and I came up with one as well (not that we are even CLOSE to planning our rehearsal dinner lol). Obviously at the rehearsal dinner with be myself, FH, our parents and the bridal party. Now, I have a few members of my bridal party who have boyfriends/ girlfriends (they might even be engaged by the time our wedding comes in August) who are NOT in the bridal party. Do we invite the bridal parties significant others to the rehearsal dinner? Or is the dinner strictly for the bridal party and family?

I think it is standard to have the immediate families and the bridal party. If you have room in the budget for the significant others of your BP then feel free to extend an invitation, but you are not obligated. Also your BP will understand if there significant others are not invited. I hope that was of some help.

Re: Repost from Brides Helping Brides
I've always seen the bp's significant others invited. I've been invited when FH was a groomsman, and he's been invited when i've been moh/bm. That has just been my experience though. I am sure that some people do bp only.
EDIT: Only if the bp has a significant other...not just bp member plus guest. Just if it is a serious thing/someone that you know.
