This is from the website of the hotel where we HMed:

* Casual Elegance - Men are required to have long pants, closed shoes and a collared shirt. No shorts, jeans, sandals or running sport shoes are permitted. Women may wear evening dress sandals.

What is the dress code for the restaurants at night?

Resort Casual
Dress shorts or jeans are permitted. Swim wear must be dry and covered. No bare feet.

Resort Evening
Dress pants for gentlemen. Shirts with sleeves and collar. Dress shoes.

On most nights you will need to dress casually elegant or elegant. This all depends on the restaurants you wish to dine in. Many couples change into more comfortable clothing after dinner. None of our restaurants require a jacket to be worn.

I hope this helps!

And this is from a cruise line's site:

Q. What is appropriate dinner attire?
A. Almost whatever you want. We don’t require you to wear a tie or other formal attire to dinner. We do request however that guest wear “resort casual” attire to dine in any of our specialty or main restaurants.

Q. What exactly is “resort casual” attire?
A. Resort casual is a much more comfortable way to dress for dinner. Basically, it’s slacks or pants and a collared shirt for men and pants, slacks, a dress or skirt for women.

From the Sandals website:

Dress Codes
Resort Casual:
Dress shorts or jeans. Swimwear must be covered. No bare feet.

Resort Evening:
Dress pants for men. Shirts with sleeves and collar. Dress shoes.
