pls help my wedding dvd has a crack in it and its doesnt work any more
I just went to watch my dvd today and I put in in the dvd player and it wasnt playing- I looked at the dvd and noticed that there was a little crack in it- I just left a message for bellarino- I am so worried now. I do have it on tape- can it be transferred to dvd if bellarino doesnt have it ??

Maybe try to clean it -- if it''s just scratched-if there is a crack-then I''m sure they can give you a new one!

YES YOU CAN HAVE THE VIDEO TRANFERRED TO DVD, HOPEFULLY THEY WILL REPLACE IT IF NOT I DONT THINK IT IS THAT EXPENSIVE.

You're good to go.
Maybe they'll give you a copy though or maybe they will do the transfer for you (more than likely that's how they got it on DVD anyway).
