Repost From Newlyweds: Restaurant Help

DH and I are going to be spending our 1st anniversary at the Harrison House (where we stayed after our wedding) and I was hoping to go out to a very nice romantic dinner. I'm not very familiar with the area and need help. I'm pretty open to food, just no Thai or Indian. DH has food allergies and I'd prefer him alive

I am not exactly sure where the Harrison House is in Glen Cove-but there is L'endroit which is terrific and there is Stresa on Northern Blvd.Good Luck!!!

there is also heirloom. it is in locust valley. the chef/owner there was the sous chef at panama hatties, then left when he bought his own place. his food is great! i worked with him for 5 years and he really knows his stuff.
