i saw on Gilmore Girls when Lane is pregnant they had 'guess the size of Lane's belly' i thought that was really cute!
you have measuring tape out and people guess how big the mom to be's belly is. this might not be good for someone who is conscious about her weight though![]()

at my friend's they did the baby food tasting game- you had to try different types and name what it was on a card, the girl that got the most right got a prize.
you can also make a diaper cake- they are supereasy and make an amazing impression

what about the dirty diaper game... Smush different choc candy bars into diapers and go around the room asking people to taste the poop to guess which candy bar it is the winner gets a prize

i just planned a suprise baby shower for my sister and matron of honor. I found the dirty diapers on ebay for super cheap. Like $10 for 30, and I asked for 5 dirty ones. The people who got the dirty ones got to take home the centerpieces.
I found the cutest invitations on doriann's website. Then for centerpieces I found someone on ebay who makes custom bassinets, so I had them made sports themed and filled them with all sort of candy in blue packaging.
Favors were blueberry muffin mix, in addition to on the table we put little cinnamon bun candles that were marked 'bun in the oven'
