repost: Help with finding a 'cover-up' for during outside ceremony?
Respost from Brides helping Brides:
Being it's so cold this week and our Wedding is taking place a year from today, I was thinking. My Wedding Dress is a Halter dress and we are suppose to have an outside ceremony! Has anyone seen anything like a lace coverup jacket kind of thingie to wear over if it's that cold on our wedding day? My dress is Ivory with a lot lace undertones and we are having a Celtic wedding. And would you LADIES put one over your dress? TIA Ladies!

I would. I've seen a few on etsy. You can either get a shrug, bolero, or caplet.

you could probably find something really gorgeous as a coverup for just the ceremony cuz otherwise youll just be standing there for a while getting cold. then you can take it off for pics and the whole reception. or just to have it in case- the weather might be beautiful!

if you find a nice one that goes with your dress than go for it because you don't want to stand there and shiver and just think about how cold you are the whole time.
