the 10 day forecasts???? I am getting married next weekend, and am already beginning to panic by the weather.com and accuweather.com forecasts!.... When do they begin to become more truthful?

I wouldn't start checking until a few days before. It's a good way to drive yourself insane!
My engagement party is tomorrow and I started checking last week, and the weather forcast has changed COMPLETELY since I first started - it was supposed to thunderstorm all day, and now it's supposed to be sunny and very hot.
I'd wait until at least Wednesday or Thursday befor you start taking the weather report too seriously.

don't panic yet!!
i swear, meteorologists is the only profession where you basically have a 50/50 shot of being wrong and still keep your job!
i'd say like 3 or 4 days before

I wouldn't worry about it yet. I read once that they can only accurately predict the weather 4 hours in advance.

This may sound silly, but on your wedding day you don't even care if it rains (it rained a little bit on my day). I was sad the day before about it, but honestly you don't even think about it the day of.

Not very in my geoscience classes (I was originally an Earth Sci. Major when i came to Stony Brook) my professors said weather can really only be predicted 3 to 4 days in advance at most. 10 day is just a rough idea based on weather fronts that are currently happening.

My exeprience.. the day of!! I dont trust it to be 100% untill I wake up on my wedding day.
