We have a couple limo appts. this week- what questions should I ask?

I can think of the following:

Fees, any surcharges - some that I called were charging a fuel surcharge, per stop charges,
what is the cost if you go over the time alotted, what happens if there is a problem with a vehicle - is there an extra one available,
how are drivers dressed

If the price includes a pickup for you two after the reception is over? Is tip/gratuity already included in the price? Do they provide an aisle runner for the ceremony? What type of open bar is in the limo? Also, know the time you need to be at the ceremony location and ask them what time they say they'll have the limo at your place to pick you up.

Also, if you go to sign with any limo place - get everything written into the contract - such as how the drivers will be dressed, the start and end time for the limo, them sending a pickup car for you, cost for any overtime, the liquor to be supplied in the limo, the specific cars you want, etc.
