i went to smithhaven mall to look at BM dresses without an appointment ....only thing if they are busy you have to wait if u need help there are not many people to help you...so on a weekend i reccomend an appt if you want the customer service

They prefer you have an appointment, but I went without one and had no issues. But they do tell you if an appointment comes in they will have to leave you and go to their appointment.
