i plan to make these (this is just a mock up right now - it needs to be adjusted) and they are going to be on the tables as part of the centerpiece and then everyone can take one home with them if they wish - i plan to get slightly larger candle holders - these are a bit too small - but you get the idea (i posted this on DIY also)
i just printed it on vellum and attached it with tape runner tape

Do you know where you're planning to get the larger votive holders from? I'm planning something similar and would like to use bigger votives. But I've had trouble finding any that weren't astronomically expensive. Let me know what you find out!
