I saw a couple of girls on here who used them and thought they did an amazing job. For those of you who have booked them, I have a question.
On their site it says that a trial is free, but thats obviously if you book them first...What if you want to do a trial to see if you like how they do it before booking. I saw on their site their regular instudio make up is $200...Is 200 what you have to pay if you want a trial and havent booked? How did you go about this...TIA

The trial is free before you book them. At the trial, she'll write up a contract and send it home with you. Then when/if you decide to book her, you send it back with a $200 deposit. I think if you wated to go back for another trial you would have to pay, though. Before she starts (Maureen at least) asks you a lot of questions about you and the day/dress/colors/decor befor she starts. Go for it!

oh ok that is great, thank you so much for answering me. I love their work and was very impressed, but lets just say for whatever reason you dont hire them, what happens then, the trial was basically free and thats it? sorry for all the questions. Im just confused bc this way they would waste their time doing free trials if brides decide not to go with them, so curious why its like this lol.
I am very interested in them and would probably end up hiring them

They do free trials because they charge more than other makeup artists for the actual day of. So they could 'lose out' by doing free trials, but the ones that do book pay a lot of $ so it makes up for it.
Also, they do such a good job from what I've seen that I'm sure they have a high percentage rate of bookings after the trials. Good luck!
