repost: Restaurant ideas for my brother's 30th bday?
Hey girls,
So I am planning a surprise 30th birthday party for my brother in March. He is a chef so it needs to be a place with really good food. I am looking for a fun loungey type place. Any ideas?? Nassau or suffolk! Thanks so much!

I'm a huge fan of The Argyle in Babylon, but I'm not sure if they accomodate large parties on weekends.

Cool Fish in Syosset Blue Honu in Huntington Village Tellers in Islip Sagamore Steakhouse in Woodbury Ciao Baby in Commack, Massapequa or Glen Cove Blackstone Steakhouse in Melville Louis XVI in Patchogue Panama Hatties in Huntington (unreal omg) Legal Sea Foods in Huntington/Melville Ruth's Chris Steakhouse in Garden City
I know a million in the city but you said LI so those are a few of my faves-- I have others but I tried to keep it 'loungey' b/c that's what you requested... HTH!!

BTW, I should add since it is his birthday-- that we have been to Ciao Baby when other people had birthdays and they do a great job-- go all out with singing-- put on dance music for you-- the people next to us got up and were dancing to saturday night fever... so i figured i would add that since it's his b-day.
