Repost - Salad Serving Size

Just curious...

I made a salad .. here's what I used ..

1 Romaine Heart
4 celery stalks
a 4-inch piece of seedless cucumber, with skin
1 sack of Nature Sweet cherry tomatoes
1 big can of sliced black olives

so, now I'm wondering .. what would be the serving size for a salad combination like that??? Would anyone happen to know??

I originally put this on Slim Down .. and haven't gotten any responses .. so I'm trying here .. anyone???

anyone???
