I actually talked to fh's half brother tonight and he asked me if he pays for it and I was like yes YOU do and he told me he wasnt sure because he hasnt rented a tux since he was in his uncles wedding 25yrs ago(he is 43yrs old what does he live under a rock)

All I can say is wow.
I think you were extremely generous to pay for her dress and that she is asking a lot from you.
If I were in your shoes, I think I would say well you can come here the morning of the wedding for the bagels, etc. and if you want to pay $50 for her hair then great, if you want to go somewhere else and get it done but can meet us at xx place at xx time then great. If you don't want to do either of those things then, please do her hair the way you normally would and please be at xx place at xx time.
As for the tux issue - what was he thinking???

It is true...Money is the root of all evil! I mean it just brings out the worst in people. Horrible! I mean to put you in that perdicament to even have to worry about that. I mena yes it could be ignorance but it's not like you don't have 1 million other things to think/worry about.
