We are getting married at the reception hall. I already have the invitations. But I forgot to put on the bottom 'reception to immediately follow' so they don't say anything about the reception. Is this going to be a big deal? Should I put a little card inthe invitation, maybe like a sample menu, so people know there will be food.

If you can get the reception cards for the same price as they would have been when you ordered the invitations, go for it. If not, I wouldn't concern myself with it.
BTW - was today your doctor's appt?

Yep, I am on my way now, but they aren't doing anything today. Just gonna talk aboujt my options and give me a specialist referral.

I would suggest putting in a small card that says 'reception to follow immediately' all weddings are different andyou dont' want to confuse people by leaving something like that out
