reposting: Orlando, Florida!

Super excited because I'm going to Florida on May17-May21!!!
Before I book any tickets I'm trying to figure out a realistic itinerary. I'll probably do the base tickets. Does one park consume an entire day?

Mon: (arrival) Disney Hollywood Studios

Tues: Epcot

Wed: Magic Kingdom Park

Thurs: (One of our favorite three parks we visited OR Universal Studios)

Fri: (departure) Seaworld

Does his look like a good itinerary? FH isn't crazy about Animal Kingdom. We looked at Discovery Cove, but it's way to expensive.
Do you ladies think it's better to do Universal Studios instead of one of the parks we visit on our first three days there?

Any opinions on Universal Studios would be greatly appreciated. Thank you soooooo much!!! I can't even begin to tell you how excited I am to go!!! I haven't been to Florida in years so I'm completely out of the loop!!.

I am going to be in florida may 17th-22nd lol. We will be there the same time. I am staying at nickelodeon hotel and going to the 2 universal theme parks, seaworld and downtown disney.
We stayed in disney last year soo we are mainly doing universal.

This is my itinerary:

Monday- Arriving at florida and staying at the hotel day and night. My hotel has a shopping mall 2 water parks and game shows at night so thats what we will be doing that day.

Tuesday- Island of Adventure theme park

Wed- Univeral theme park

Thurs- Seaworld

Friday-Character breakfast in the am at the hotel and hanging by the hotel pools and at night downtown disney to eat at the t-rex restauranta nd hang out there.

Sat- We leave

Most of the parks are a full day but Hollywood studios isn't too big.

From what I hear seaworld is a fulll day. I haven't been there in a looong time but I hear it is a full day. Depending on what time you leave you should maybe do that a diff day.

Dont ask me about Universal since I am not a big roller coaster person I usually go on like 5 rides at Universal. I LOVE Disney and could spend days there so I would always choose Disney over Universal when we went to Orlando.

YAY!!! Your gonna have an awesome time!!! It sounds like an awesome itenerary! You can probably get throught Hollywood studios in less than a day so you wont really need to go there on a full day so its perfect for your first day! I would say make sure to see the fireworks at each park.. they are all amazing shows and youll definatly enjoy them...

Make sure you and FH take VERY COMFORTABLE shoes. By the end of the vaca last year FH and i needed a vacation from the vacation just to relax our feet... LOL

YOU TWO WILL HAVE AN AMAZING TIME!!!!!

FH and I have been to disney and universal several times over the last few years and loved it

I did do animal kingdom in half a day, but I don't think I would go back. It wasn't as good as the other parks (IMO)

Universal was awesome! If you get a park hopper you can do islands of adventure and the main universal on the same day and they are within walking distance of each other. We did it in 2 days though so we had 1 day for each park. The lines were also far better than at disney, but I don't think anything really tops disney.

I have not been to seaworld before... so i don't have any info on that
