Rescheduling e-pics

Rescheduling e-pics

So I have e-pics later this week with Duet and the forecast says rain
I was wondering if anyone had to reschedule their e-pics with Duet because of weather and how long you have to wait to get another date.
Or did anyone just take them when the weather wasn't great? I'm so upset because FH and I were able to both get the day off and we live upstate so we have to travel down to the city for this. Hopefully the forecast will change.

Re: Rescheduling e-pics

the day we took ours the forecasts said rain but they said we could wait till about 1 pm the day of to decide (our epics were set for 3 pm)....all day it was a little cloudy but the rain held off...so at 1 we said to go for it even though the forecast still called for rain.

well of course at like 2:55 on our way there it starts DOWNPOURING....i was so upset bc i didn't wanna lose out on our session but TJ was really great....he was so patient and even took some shots under some awnings and in the subway until the rain stopped and we were able to go into central park and take a lot of pics!

hopefully you don't have to deal with this...but even if it rains there is hope that you can still get ur pics in

It could be romantic in the rain - those photos of the couple kissing under the big huge umbrellas are adorable. And like someone else mentioned, the photographers are usually good at getting creative and finding great hidden places with cover! I'd say call Duet and run it by them. Maybe if it's too difficult to change the date, they can offer a do-able location.

Thanks for all of the suggestions. As long as Duet doesn't cancel, I guess we'll just go and wing it. I'm sure the photographers have faced the situation many times before. I just hope this means the weather on our wedding day will be sunny and beautiful!
