Research Do gals like shaven heads/hair for guys?

Our son is getting a thinning hairline, so he's letting his hair grow, so people, 'chicks' don't notice. I think he still looks great, even with a thinning hairline!! Course I'm prejudiced! Give me some opinions on what women today, particularly in the 30 yr. old and surrounding ages think!! Thanks, ladies!!! Mary MOB

My FH is thinning and he uses a 0 clip on his hair. I think it's very short, but I would hate if he was to clean shave his head. He feels more comfortable with shorter hair.

this is so funny, my sister works for hair club for men, and is in sales there, These guy pay big bucks for fake hair glued to their heads...some of their wives dont even know htey have it on, but some look really bad...

I personally think a guy should shave it, but then if they did that my sister would be out of a job

Oh man hair plugs are scary, i think its an invasive procedure
Most people at hair club for men, have systems that are glued onto their scalp, it wears off about every 2-4 weeks and have to get reapplied. If they want to take it off and stop doing it, its not permanent.

FH has terribly thinning hair, but he looks awful with his head shaved....so i prefer the balding look, hahaha

it depends on the guy actually: their head shape and persona.

my FH could NEVER get away with the bald look but his brother could.

I checked his picks and I think I like the first one the best, where his hair is the longest.

As a general rule though, if guys have thinning/receding hair, I suggest cutting it very very close or completely shaving it. Alot of guys can pull that look off really well and just don't realize it.

Honestly, I would tell him to shave it off. Letting it grow long really doesn't make up for the thinning on top.

I'm not a fan of a naked head, but I think if there was a choice between totally bald, and something like a comb over, I'd be more open to it. I like some hair.
