Researching Photo Locations & Site Fees

So I am still researching indoor photo locations for my December wedding. I am trying to find somewhere that won't necessarily be all decked out for Christmas I love that the RH will have all the Christmas decoration but I want to have some pictures that aren't Christmas themed

Any other suggestions of places to research in Nassau County?

Anyone know how much Chelsea Mansion charges as a site fee for photographs?

Here is a list of other locations I have checked out and their fees: All are for 1 1/2 hours

Planting Fields:
$100 Outdoor
$300 for Green House and outdoor

Hempstead House:
$200 - $250 called twice and got two different prices

de Seversky center @ NYIT:
$1,500 crazy I know!

Vanderbuilt Museum:
$225 for one area

Old Westbury Gardens: (Closed the whole month of December )
$150 I think?
