Me and FH don't live together, so on the Response Envelopes should I just put my name or both FH and myself?

Just put your name.
I DO live with the FH and we still put just my name for the response.

just yours. We don't live together and we weren't sure if we'd be in a house by the time invitations went out so we put my name on them and they're going to my mom's house.

I just put my name and we live together. Since i'm the one making a list of who's coming then my name will be on the response card.
