Do I write the guest name on the M line (Mr & Mrs Smith) or do I allow my guest to write their name?

Allow them to write it. You never know what might happen. We invited some couples where only one of them is able to come. This way they can write in 'Mr. John Smith' if only he can attend.

Let them write it. We had many unexpected couples where the wife kept her maiden name.

I would let them fill in their own name(s). Make sure to # the back of your RSVP cards because there will likely be someone who will not write their name. Smh lol

This!!! I just hope everyone fills it out correctly. I have some invites with Guest but I specified, 'Mr. XXXXXX & Guest'. Hopefully they know to write in the Guest's name and not just their name. I'll think only 1 is coming meanwhile its 2. I should have included the line # of people attending.

I've never seen them be sent out already filled in. I'd say leave them blank.
