Response card wording for children 4 and under

Im having a hard time finding any kind of wording for the response card

We dont have to pay for any children 4 and under so i wanted to some how add this to the response card so they can list how many are actually under 4.

I was thinking of puttting something like this:

M___________________

number of persons ______
number of children 4 & under _______
unable to attend _________

Need some ideas!!!!!

How many children are you inviting that you're not sure if they're under 4? If you're not sure how old a kid is, you can just call the family and ask.

I agree. I've never seen anything like this on a response card, and wouldn't suggest putting it.

I didn't invite kids to the wedding. There were only 4 kids, and 2 were RB and 2 were FG.

But I think those r good suggestions. . . .
