Response Card wording...for oot guests

OK...I've seen this somewhere, but I can't remember where...

I want to put a line on the bottom of the invite that says something like this...

For our out of town guests, please include the name of your hotel

Has anyone else seen that? I want to make sure I can deliver their oot bags and also see who's staying where...how would I word it?
