I know that most people in NY don't have to do this, but being my wedding is in PA I have to include the dinner choices on the response card, so when they RSVP they choose what they want to eat. It's just how it's done there....does anyone know of how to write this on the response card? or have any template for it so I can give to my invitation people? I'm kind of stuck...

I've seen it done where at the bottom it just says:
Dinner Choices (please select one):
Filet mignon___ Chicken ala King___ Salmon___ Vegetarian___
Or
A picture of a cow, chicken, fish, and veggie with select lines (thought that was cute)...
FYI: there were really no descriptions on the ones I've received, they were pretty basic.

i've seen really cute cards that have a picture of a cow, a chicken and a fish i love them... let me see if i can find a pic for you
