Response Cards
Ok, so I'm about the most unorganized person on earth (although I have to say I've been much better when it comes to the wedding)Anyway, my invitations are out and should start arriving today!
My question is this...
How are you going to keep track of your responses?

An Excel spreadsheet would be best I think.

A quick tip I read somewhere - use excel to keep a list of all invites. Put the excel row number on the back of the response card in the corner so that when people return them, you will know who it is from! I guess people often forget to write their names or write illegibly on the response cards. HTH!

Im using an Excel sheet. I also agree with the idea to write the row number on the back of the responce card. Yvonne mentioned that they even have these black light kind of pens so that you can see the writing only.

Excel has been my best friend since the beginning. It comes in handy esp. when adding your guest count. I was planning on writing the # on the back but had no ide they sold a black light pen. That's awesome.
