I'm in the process of ordering my invites and am trying to figure out what the RSVP by date should be. How far in advance do the halls usually want a final count?
Since I am making the placecards on the computer(will be the chocolate bars) I also have to give myself enough time to do the seating chart AND print out the personalized wrappers and put them on the bars.

Well, my date is 5/5, the hall wanted a count by 3 weeks before (and then a final the week before), so I made the response date 4/10 to give some leeway in case some people don't return them in time, it gives me time to call and plenty of time to start doing placecards (I hope!)
