I get a response back with Just Mr&Mrs and there last name.
THere is a few people with that last name I need to know the first name on there and they didn't even put it on there.
NOw I have to wait to the other ones come to see who that one is.

People just don't think ..

My cousins wedding someone sent back just the card and didn't write in it haha DUH

yup! thats why a good trick is to give each family/person on your guest list a number and write that number really small on their response card... just in case they don't write their names or just their last names... you can look at the number on the response card and then look on your guest list and see who is was

check where it is postmarked from..that might help.

Could you call them just to say hi and see if they mentioned they sent the card back?

I had that problem too, but fortunately I numbered the RSVP cards so I would know who's was who's.

We did number our response cards also. I have plenty of father/son members in the family with the same first and last names. So receiving a response from Mr & Mrs Smith still wouldn't tell me which Mr & Mrs Smith it was. You can just put a small number on the back of the card which helps.
Can someone in your family find out for you?

Funny thing in my family is that there are so many Mr & Mrs with same last name they know to write the town or state where they live (they have been to many weddings together SOrry to hear that!
