Anyone have a good exercise for that area under your arm???

LOL!!

well you cant really 'target' exercise a specific area, without working out your entire body. try doing tricep dips (ALOT of them), tricep pull downs, and dumbbell kickbacks, but also combine this with alot of cardio.
