I have never used this site before, but I ordered some gift cards today... hopefully there isn't a catch, but it's a $1 so I guess it's worth the risk The only catch I know of is that you can only use one gift card at a time.

All the ones I looked at were like $25 gc for $1, but then you had to spend at least $45 dollars or something. Are they all like that? I mean, Im not against getting a $45 meal for $20, but if you got them as a gift, would the people you gave them to have to spend more than the gc is worth?

Yeah i've used restaurant.com many times before ... there's usually a minimum amount you have to spend ... and alcohol often doesn't count towards that total ... just make sure you read the fine print and you'll be good.

I just bought 12 of them for 11.60. 4 were $10 certificates and 8 of them were $25 certificates to 3 different restaurants!

So for those have used them before.....i just got 4, $50 gift certificants (didnt need to choose a restaurant, i guess i pick them when i get the gift cards). So, to use it....look up the fine print and if it says $30 minimum.....does that mean i need to purchase $80 worth of food/drink...and then $50 is taken off of the card?
It is totally worth it...just wanna know what i'm getting myself into lol. I wanna try one out tomorrow...where should i go?!

the ladies i work with were actually telling me all about this site today!
they both use it all the time. read the fine print. one of the ladies always calls ahead to make sure they are accepting them the day she is going (like for a saturday night) and she's never had a problem. HTH

Then i typed in the WOW promo code and got it for $10.
No need to pic a restaurant at that moment.
After i submitted my payment they had a site saying that since there is so much traffic the emails would take a bit....when should i call/email them? Still havent receieved anything in the mail

This sounds really good, but I was reading the fine print- they also add in an 18-20% gratuity BEFORE adding on the gift card so beware on that part...also some say CASH ONLY for the meal.

Yes ma'am. They run deals like this all the time.
There usually is a 'catch' like if you buy a $25 giftcard you have to spend at least $50 or you can't use it on Friday or somethign like that.

Just wanted to throw in my two cents...
Used to use this website all the time in the past. It is definitely legit. But like some of the girls said, either call before you make the reservation or be sure to present it before you start to order.
My one word of advice, keep an eye on your credit card statements after you order from this website. Me and another girl I know who has ordered these gc ended up getting charged random charges EVERY MONTH from some bogus website after we started ordering from here. We had to dispute with our bank and with whatever 'company' that was. Just fyi...
